I've been relatively unfit for a long time... probably since I was around 18 and could legally buy a beer. Large amounts of alcohol coupled with sitting on my arse at a desk for a living and having the mindset of a Professional Speed Eater - I was in pretty bad (see, wobbly / round) shape.I went to see Joe after getting a few recommendations and the change over the last 2 months has been incredible. Whilst I'm seeing some positive changes in body shape etc, the biggest positives for me are how fit and healthy I feel. I feel energetic again and not constantly tired or lethargic.I know having a lean body is only a matter of time with Joe's coaching and sessions.Can't recommend him and the gym enough, if you're looking for any improvement in your general health and fitness - go and see Joe.

Top gym, all the machines and weights you need, probably even more than you need. Joe is great and all the other staff are friendly, good price and all round great place to train. I moved from Virgin and haven't regretted my choice one bit
Brilliant spot to train. A no frills gym with experienced, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Come here if you want to train, hit goals and improve yourself. Avoid it if you want to check in on facebook then do nothing The facilities fit the purpose! I can get in and out on a morning before work with no fuss. I've never had to queue for equipment and if I need advice or a spot, they guys are always to hand. This is the spot for anyone looking to put the effort in and feel supported all the way!
