Good equipment with some bits of strongman stuff
I have been going to this gym for over 3 years now. This gym has all you could ask for as fighter or weightlifter; various resistance machines, plenty of weights, various bags and boxing / MMA equipment. The classes put on are very good. There are numerous clubs and groups that are based here, such as Allegiance MMA which is a very club to learn boxing, sambo, judo, MMA and many more!Overall this is a good gym. You defiantly get what you pay for, and more!
Fantastic gym that is not part of a chain. It offers MMA classes, Karate, Boxing and Pro Wrestling and weight lifting competitions.It has a large selection of machines, strength training equipment, along with some equipment.If you want to build strength this is a great place.
