Sadly this is my local post office so I have to use it fairly often. With the exception of the guy who works there, I find the staff quite rude & rather inept. Two years ago they failed to process a parcel correctly worth 700 (I had taken out all the correct insurances) & as a result it could not be found & nothing could be done. Fortunately the expensive item was bought by an honest person who advised me when they received it through the normal post.Another occasion they sold / advised me to begin using drop & go, which I did. This service advises on the first sentence of the leaflet that queueing is not necessary (because if it was, what is the benefit? If Ive to queue I really dont mind how long other people have to wait behind me as my items are processed at the counter!). When I attempted to use this at Morley I was advised rudely that if I hadnt queued, Id best go do that. Obviously that went down well with the customers already in there, and I left feeling absolutely awful.I have put in complaints a couple of times about the staff & service there but I would never expect anything to happen. I avoid it when I can, travelling all the way into Leeds on many occasions, and choosing to be accompanied if I ever have to go into the Morley branch, obviously sidestepping ever being served by the woman who didnt know what she was doing with my 700 bracelet.Avoid if you can, but needs sadly must!
