Absolutely appalling service. I spoke to a woman called Holly before the weekend who confirmed that my prescription will be collected and delivered on the Monday following the weekend. She was bossy didnt listen properly because she was so busy trying to prove that she was in charge. I called on Monday, because I hadnt had a telephone call to confirm a delivery that day as promised and spoke to Holly again, who didnt remember me and claimed that they had nothing on the system about a collection and delivery. Beyond incompetent, disorganised and completely complacent. I immediately switched to a different pharmacy.
This pharmacy is so badly disorganised I have to write this review to alert others to this. Never in all of my years have I ever had such terrible service and constant issues.
Although they do indeed sell drugs, they are not drug dealers.
