Convenient and cheap. Toby carvery next door so don't pay for breakfast at hotel. Also watch the extra cost for Wi-Fi. Clean and comfy. Only complaint - no glasses in room for water (so pretty much a disgruntle not a complaint!). I'd stay again when visiting Leeds (10.min drive)

A pleasant hotel that is only a short drive from the city centre. Rooms were clean, beds comfy and the reception staff, during our visit Bernie was behind the desk, were delightful, friendly and only to happy to help. The bonus for the place is that there's a Toby Carvery next door, which is ideal for breakfast or evening meal. It's the second time I've stayed here and I'd be more than happy to stay over again.
