Well what can I say, this was just the best service from the initial phone call to book my consultation, to meeting Andrea, who may I say was very pleasant thorough and honest, and certainly knew her stuff regarding colours styles etc. I felt so much at ease here having been to another high street company and basically treat with no empathy or compassion. I thought the whole process was pleasant and enjoyable and came out of there feeling like a million dollars thanks to Andrea and her lovely receptionist making me feel myself again.
