Lovely future shop. Unusual and inspiring household furniture and fittings. Good selection. Would give it 5 star if the prices were lowered. But you get what you pay for. They do delivery at a reasonable price.
Really disappointed with the customer service today. Went to buy wardbrobe..but the staff were not happy that they had to get up from their seats . Will not have my custom .it's such a shame wanted to shop local .
I have made one moderately large on-line purchase from Kelvin Furniture & have found the staff to be extremely helpful and very friendly. They will certainly be at the top of my list the next time that I look to buy quality furniture.
I visited the store . Only once thank god. Everything is very old fashioned and dated and over priced. Furniture that went out with the ark . Tony served us , apparently the owner . A. Crash course in customer services and how to speak to people is an absolute must for this miserable arrogant man. Time for this business to call it a day or seriously re market them selfs to keep up with the vast competition out there . Complete waste of time even pulling up in the car park ...
