The GP that i was finally given an appointment to see was Brilliant. Sadly, the same cannot be said about the reception staff, one in particular. I felt ill when i went in but had to endure a difficult exchange of words and had a thumping headache when i arrived home, sounds familiar???
Phone at 8.05 can't get appointment or even a telephone appointment and they've left me a message to phone them!
I have been a patient with this surgery for 11 years. I have engaged with many different mental and medical problems. If I can't get an emergency appointment I have been advise by the receptionist the correct route to solve my problem. If needed agp has rang me back with in two/three hours. Gaind an appointment when contacted. They have a walk in service when not abuse works smoothly? Again I dont use this a lot but this my experience over 11 years. Not all health care practitioners are able to help with my problems but some I could cry with joy regarding my care in some aspects but if that person doesn't help I book another appointment. My dad's an electrician not a plummer ask him to look at your pluming your getting an engineering answer. Your going to need to ask some one who knows about plumbing. Try again and there you go......... They are gps not gods. Look. At yourself and thing what do I expect from them if its all the answers then go somewhere else. They are only human.
Rude staff and completely useless doctors at driglington , Morley and this is a total waste of nhs the staff and doctors here dont deserve minimum wage
