Terrible receptionist. I book appointment and came on time but they blame me, that I late, so we arranged another one after three month but they cancel it day before.... so finally I met dantist( Bailey Shamana Patters) she did three fillings but after the fillings now I'm feeling toothache(before appointment I haven't had that problem).... and she drill the hole in my front tooth and they are very sensitive now...
These awful lot don't even deserve 1 start ... i wish I could give them -5!I booked an appointment with a hygenist for Monday, 14th Jan 2019 in Oct 2018 (yes, 3 months in advance). I booked a holiday from my work, arranged child drop-off to his school ....Guess what they did?? On Friday evening (11th Jan) I received a text message from them that had to cancel my appointment and I would need to ring them again to make a new appointment.... absolute BullSh!t. They didn't even show decency to give a courtesy call and suggest an alternate time. I'm not wasting my time booking another appointment with them just so they can cancel it again. Such a non-professional and rude attitude. I don't know how I can lodge their complaint with higher authorities in NHS and make them answerable to puplic. If anybody can guide me in this regard that would be great.
the receptionist (blond in her 50s) was so rude not just to us on the day of our visit but also to several people who came after us and also on the several other occasions when we called to arrange for appointments. id understand we all have bad days but with her it seems everyday is a bad one. awful awful human being.
Absolutely terrible. Received poor care when I attend the dentist. They tried to extract my tooth but failed leaving me in allot of pain. Then when I was referred they could not tell me whom I had to be referred to. This all went on 8 weeks and I still have no idea when I will get a referral. I don't usually write reviews but service here has been so bad I feel I have too.
I've recently changed dentist to Genix and the service I have received has been truly fantastic! My dentist David is incredibly professional and put me at ease immediately, the treatment carried out was seemless and nothing was too much effort for him or the dental nurse.I have since visited the hygienist and feel like I've had my teeth whitened! She is incredibly informative and amazing at her job! I am so happy with the end results. I wish I had visited sooner! I highly recommend her.
