Vile, vile, vile!!! Avoid!!! Cheap tat you can get from China for next to nothing!!Ordered a coat via the Facebook page, went to the shop to collect which is out of area, while I was there I purchased another three items spending around 100.The coat is faulty with the zip not working properly, told I have to wait two weeks for another and to try WD40 on the zip This was after getting no response at first, followed by excuses. Anyway Im being fobbed off, I have been nothing but polite but her customer service is shocking!! She has shouted at me told me she doesnt want my custom. Said I can not have a refund on the other goods which I no longer want due to her shocking customer service, I do not want to have to deal with This again after Christmas should the other goods be of such terrible quality and like she says she doesnt want my business. Says she has signs saying no refunds, not once did she mention this when taking my money despite me telling her they were being put away for Christmas, didnt even give me a receipt. Finally to top it all off she has now blocked me from sending a message and blocked me from her Facebook business page. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, something you can do without when you are on morphine daily. Clearly shes used to this thats not hard to see from the way she has blocked me here there and everywhere. I have been nothing but polite to this woman. Lets see if I do infact get the faulty goods and the other stuff refunded when I have a bit of energy to actually drive through. Sky woman!! Hope you are happy!!
