It was important that I found an accountancy firm that would take the time to understand my business, what I needed and work with me to help he achieve those goals, without only using accountant speak. I couldn't have asked for more. Absolutely five stars.
I need a new accountant for my Limited company.I rang this company to make enquiries. After 3 attempts (just getting voice mail which I did not want to leave) I eventually spoke with a real person. I was told the accountant, Jo, was not in at the moment but if I left my details she would ring back - she never did.If this is the way this company treat customers on their initial enquiry then I don't think it is a company I want to do business with.
